Open Joint-Stock Commercial “Credit-Standard” Bank (hereinafter CSB) was founded on August 16, 2003, with the authorised capital stock amounting to 1,3 billion UZS (uzbek Soums).
CSB – is relatively young medium size uzbek bank. Notwithstanding that, the Bank has already managed to earn the esteem among partners and appreciation of customers.
Nowadays, the CSB stands stable positions and ratings and in the list of top largest banks of Uzbekistan.
A number of times in a raw, influential international magazine such as The Banker and Global Finance have found CSB as the best bank of Uzbekistan.
Furthermore, the Bank has been rated by Moody’s as “Stable” (B2/NP/B2/NP/E+ “stable” outlook) and by the national rating agency Axbor-Reyting (national scale credit rating “UzA”) with the “Stable” forecast.
As from 2008 the CSB has actively been involved in implementation of the new development strategy up until 2013, where Bank aims at further development of own competitive advantages. Perfection of the risk management system, cost-effectiveness directed towards enhancement of the efficiency enables CSB to demonstrate its steadiness against the background of current market volatility and appears as one of the best financial institutions of the country.
Moreover, in accordance with the new development strategy, on November 2008 CSB announced commencement of restyling of the company image. The campaign was accompanied by renewal of corporate identity and the company logo. New corporate identity is built of principles of up-to-dateness, dynamism and emotional openness. The same principles are being applied to the institution’s general operations too – re-equipment of the information systems and introduction latest security systems, improving customer service and creating novel products and services.
Up to now the Bank offers high-quality services both to the corporate and retail customers, as well as SMEs. The CSB offers various sets of services which enable to customers to select the most appropriate one. The Bank’s flexible policy of mutually beneficial partnership relations with customers is the solid basis for further development and growth of esteem and trustworthiness in the business habitiat.
In turn, the Bank has implemented a number of measures on improving the quality of client-orientedness. Thus, in view of the fact of increasing demand for the money transfer services, the CSB joined a dozen of systems, such as: Western Union, Migom, Xpress Money, Anelik, Unistream, "Аллюр", Faster, Contact, "Быстрая почта" and "Сбербанк России".
Furthermore, Bank constantly works on designing new types of lucrative deposits.
While serving customers, the CSB, applies tailor-made approach to each client, carefully considering their enquiries and wishes.
